Things I can help with

A fare that looks wrong on one of these pages. A leg of the loop I have not explained clearly. Which of the eight products suits a particular group. Whether a plan you have sketched out will survive the last ropeway at 16:45. Anything where a second opinion from someone who lives at the bottom of the hill is useful.

Corrections are the most welcome kind of email. Prices in Hakone moved on 1 October 2025 and they will move again. If you have a ticket stub or a screenshot that contradicts something here, send it and I will change the page.

Things I cannot help with

I am not a tour operator and I do not sell tickets, so I cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to GetYourGuide through your booking confirmation, or to the operator directly. I also cannot tell you whether Mount Fuji will be visible on your date, and I will not pretend otherwise.

For live ropeway and cruise status, which is the thing most likely to change your day, check hakonenavi.jp on the morning rather than emailing me the night before.
